Registration Information

There are 3 versions of the registration form available for your convenience.

1. The website form below;

This version works well for those with high-speed internet access.

2. The standalone e-form can be accessed here;

This version works better for those with lower speed internet or limited cellular signal.

3. The hard copy printable version can be downloaded here.

This form is designed to be printed and mailed. This version is available in the event that e-versions are not working well for you. It should be noted that this version is only intended for printing. If you download the form on to a device that shows you an option to "autofill" the form fields, it most likely will not function correctly.

If you are completing the hard copy version of the application, but would still like to make your payment electronically, please contact us at cccmgtteam@gmail.com or (541) 568-4662 and we will send you a payment link.

Payment Information

Our registration and payment processes are separate so
payment is not required at the time of registration.

If you are in need of financial assistance, you will have the opportunity
to request a sponsorship to cover the registration fee
at the end of the registration form.

If you are wishing to pay online, please select the "pay online" option at the end of the registration process and you will be sent a payment link via email.

In order to qualify for the earlybird discounts, payment must be received either online or through the mail two weeks prior to the first day of camp.

In all cases, full payment is due no later than the first day of camp.
